Online Order Return Policy
Effective 1/1/2020, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any purchases made or orders placed after 1/1/2020. If you are unsure of a color, please reach out to us via email (info@thwitheredbarn.com) 'BEFORE' purchasing.  You may also request items to be held up to two business days at no charge in order to see it in store prior to purchasing. 

Return/Exchange Policy
Effective 1/1/2022, all sales are considered final. No refunds will be provided for any purchases made or orders placed after 1/1/2022. Clothing~May be returned for a store credit, less any shipping or exchanged with 7 days of purchase or confirmed delivery and ONLY with all original Tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please email us at info@thewitheredbarn.com to request authorization for your return/exchange.

Reservation/Hold Policy
Items can be reserved and held at no charge for the duration of two (2) business days. After two business days, the items are put back on the sales floor. Please note item reservations/holds are subject to availability and items are not guaranteed. For instance, if an item is reserved or put on hold but then an online sale comes through for that item (and it is the last one in stock), we will ship out the item to the person who purchased it first, even if the reservation was made prior to the online sale.

Shipping Policy
Please expect 7-10 business days from the date of purchase for all online orders to be pulled, packed & and picked up by the shipping company.  Most shipped orders will be sent via USPS for smaller packages or UPS for Larger/Overweight packages with a tracking number (US only). International orders re sent the most expeditious route

We do Automatically Refund any difference if actual shipping is less than our Flat Rate $15.00 Shipping.

NOTE: Once a package is recorded as in the system of USPS or UPS, our store unfortunately, at that point, no longer has any control over the package, It is in their Hands.  We are not responsible for any USPS/UPS received damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses.  We ship to the address provided at checkout.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge the additional shipping fee.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If your package is not received or 'delivered' you must contact your local USPS or UPS center directly.

In-Store Pick-Up Policy
Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up before 4 pm will 'normally' be ready for pick-up by the end of the NEXT business day.  Pick-up orders that are purchased after 4 pm, after normal business hours, or on non-business days will be available for pick-up by end of day on the next business day. PLEASE DO NOT COME IN UNTIL You receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up.
